1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ApePic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ApePic for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to ApePic. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and generate derivative works (monkey character images) from your uploaded content. We do not store your original photos after processing.

4. Generated Content

The monkey character images generated by ApePic are created using AI technology. You have the right to use these generated images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires explicit permission. ApePic reserves the right to use generated images for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ApePic:

• To upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• To upload photos of minors without parental consent
• To upload photos of other people without their consent
• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

6. Disclaimer

The materials on ApePic are provided on an 'as is' basis. ApePic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall ApePic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ApePic, even if ApePic or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
